A provincial initiative to ensure the best possible beginnings for life-long health, BORN Ontario is governed with the support of:

• the organization's Leadership team, which brings together the executive, medical, scientific and administrative expertise needed to oversee operations and set direction,
• Ontario's Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, which provides core funding, and
• CHEO, which sponsors BORN and provides the formal governance structure and administrative support required to make BORN Ontario successful.
